We handle the ongoing care of residential and commercial properties: interior cleaning of stairwells and communal areas, exterior cleaning and waste bin areas, inspection of technical installations, minor repairs, property inspection with reporting, winter service as well as grounds and outdoor area maintenance. In addition we carry out project work such as garden and outdoor area design, earthworks and excavation, heat pump groundwork, and industrial and spray booth cleaning.

Our focus is on Offenbach am Main and Frankfurt am Main. Beyond that we look after properties across the entire Rhine-Main region, including Hanau, Bad Vilbel, Maintal, Neu-Isenburg and Dreieich. We are happy to confirm by phone whether your property falls within our service area.

Our services are carried out in accordance with the requirements of DIN 77400 (cleaning services for buildings), DIN EN 13549 (assessment procedures for cleaning services) and DIN 18919 (maintenance of outdoor areas). The aim is to ensure order, cleanliness, traffic safety and the functionality of the property.

We carry out a weekly visual inspection of the entire property, inside and out, and document damage, defects and irregularities. The property management receives a monthly digital property report - the property logbook - on request with photographic evidence and recommendations. This allows owners and managers to identify the need for action early on.

We document the condition and inform the owner or property management. If the remedy falls within our service portfolio - for instance a sunken paved area or a soiled facade - we provide a quote on request and carry out the work once commissioned. That way one contact remains responsible for both identifying and fixing the issue.

No. Work requiring a master craftsman certificate remains reserved for licensed specialist companies. We carry out minor repairs that do not require such certification, for example replacing light bulbs, door stops, seals or letterbox locks. For electrical, plumbing or tiling work we coordinate suitable partner companies where required.

We clear footpaths, driveways and entrance areas when it snows and grit with abrasive materials; road salt is avoided where the municipal by-laws require it. Surfaces are continuously checked for slip hazards and every deployment is documented with date, time and weather conditions.
